Booking and Cancellation Policy
We get it – sometimes life throws something unexpected at you and you need to change your plans. We just ask for your understanding and cooperation with our booking and cancellation policy.

Once you book an appointment with us, you'll get a confirmation. This locks in your dedicated time slot with one of our therapists.

We need at least 24 hours' notice if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us a chance to offer that slot to other clients who might be waiting for a treatment.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation charge of 50% of the full treatment cost will apply. This charge helps cover our therapist's time and our clinic's operational costs. For anyone who doesn't turn up for a booked appointment without any prior notice (a 'no-show'), the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
